Positive: Location was great. All the staff were amazing . Great guy called Marvin couldn’t do enough for us.

Negative: Mattress was very comfortable but the wooden part of the bed creaked every time we moved position which disturbed our sleep.

Positive: The hotel is well located in the middle of the village and had a great restaurant for a steak.
Negative: The car park is first come first served, and it is not policed in anyway, give there is a pay car park right next to it, the car park is always full and with no spaces - we managed to grab the only one open spot we saw in three days early at 0600 on the Saturday morning - for the remainder of the three days, it was packed and even people queuing and arguing over spaces.

Positive: The location was excellent, and the gardens were beautifully maintained, creating a lovely setting. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of options. Overall, these aspects made for a pleasant stay.
Negative: Unfortunately, the check-in process took a long time, which meant we missed the last food orders. This was particularly disappointing as we had been looking forward to having dinner at the hotel. There was a table of five that had only just ordered their starters, so accommodating an additional table of two at around 8:45 pm didn't seem like it would have been unreasonable.
