Positive: American hotels don’t have staff as attentive and friendly as this hotel. Free water and coffee at reception, 24/7.
Negative: Coffee on the rooftop breakfast area was subpar.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, it is only about a 6 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar and around 10/15 minutes to Hagia Sophia and the Sultan Ahmed (Blue) Mosque. But what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A very special thank you to Ahmad and Murat, the level of customer service I received from both of them was outstanding. They were always ready to help and made the whole stay much more enjoyable. Great location, amazing staff, and truly excellent service. Highly recommended!
Negative: I didn't find facilities like tooth paste, tooth brush, shower cap, shaving kit etc.. luckily we had our own so that was okay for us, since shampoo and shower Gell and slippers were there rest are not critical

Negative: Fan in bathroom wasn’t working is only thing.
