Negative: Getting hassled because I booked two rooms on booking and she didn’t check us in as one booking so I got a call saying in the morning I may have to pay for the second room again. Sorry paid once that is a you problem. Book through them directly or pay at the property… their technology using booking is not there.

Positive: The room was bigger than I was expecting, that was nice. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They managed to find my husbands wedding ring and chain we forgot in the bathroom. Thank you!
