Beautiful historic home built in 1862. Fully redone with original details and modern amenities. Very spacious rooms, 10' ceilings. Desks in the bedrooms for when you need to get a little work done. Fully stocked kitchen. Large fully equipped laundry room. Nice patio with seating on the back, or enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch. Your family has plenty of room to get comfortable in the 22'x'16' Livingroom with large screen TV,, a large sectional couch and high speed internet. Or just play some of the board games supplied. The bright & open kitchen and dining room will be a great place to hang out with family & friends. You'll be walking distance to the historic downtown square, with great shopping & restaurants. Just around the corner from Tanner Medical Center & Southwire. And a 5 min drive to UWG. We hope you'll feel at home at our home.

Summary: My adult children and I have stayed in this property twice in the past year and will definitely be returning in the future. The hosts are excellent communicators who have thought of everything to make guests’ stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!

Summary: We could not have asked for a more quaint place to relax after exploring the local area. The porch was a fantastic place to unwind and we enjoyed all of the amenities packed into this historic rental. The property is a piece of Carrollton’s history, was clean and exactly as advertised. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We were in Carolllton for a football camp at the high school. The house was perfect. Very clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location was fantastic - you can walk most places, like the square, in just a few minutes. It was just a short easy drive to anything else. The host left some great recommendations - we strongly echo her recommendation of Brown Dog for food. We lived Gallery Tow for coffee. Again, all walkable! Would highly recommend.
