Positive: Breakfast was fine, and the owner was really nice
Negative: Well, we had two rooms across from the main house. The bedspread and sheets were old, but clean, as was the bedspread. The room was old an tatty, nothing like the pictures of the rooms online. Bare and missing lightbulb in the bathroom and kitchen areas - those old curly fluorescent light bulbs to boot! We had "adjoining room" to our friend - was o where for us to sit in the rooms without taking chairs from another room. Kitchen facilities? There was a jar of instant coffee in a drawer that had been there so long it has solidified. I feel that we were given the tatty rooms for some reason. I just don't get all the raving reviews. Something is amiss here. Why oh why not spend $100 just on tidy it up? the owner was a lovely lady, but sadly, I wouldn't return nor would our friends

Positive: Great location, close to wego bus stop and easy to access the rapids walk and aero car. Comfortable and great breakfast.

Positive: We really enjoyed the house and its location in a very nice and friendly neighbourhood. The breakfast was delicious and we really felt at home! It is the perfect place to stay if you visit the Niagra Falls

Positive: Fantastic host that gave me instructions on how to get in and get to my room including keys late night when i arrived and no one was there. Great breakfast included. Charming house with a few rooms. Honestly a great find somewhat beside the otherwise way more touristy parts of Niagara falls.
Negative: Everything was perfectly good if not even great.
Summary: Great find for single travelers as well as couples wanting to stay away from the more touristy parts
