Positive: Second stay at Elm Tree, we love it. Great accommodation in a lovely location. The Navigation Inn opposite is a lovely pub as well with lovely outdoor seating, right on the canal. Perfectly placed for Milton Keynes and Stony Stratford.
Negative: Not a great deal!

Positive: Spotless and very comfortable. Check in was easy and Lucy was so helpful when I had some questions about travelling to Silverstone. We will definitely stay again as the location was lovely near the canal and the pub over the road serves great food

Positive: Perfect, Keys were available as soon as we arrived
Negative: Other residents of the lodges allowed their dogs into our open door and they ate my dogs food. My dog didn’t take lightly to it and made a bit of aggression between them. It just made me want to keep my door closed and keep my dog inside. Nothing the owners could do so it’s definitely not reflective of the property and we will definitely be staying again soon

Negative: check out too early on a sunday but the owner let us check out later as none was checking in
