Positive: I loved the view , the cleanliness of the room and the gardens . Special thanks to Mr . Mohammed Saleh for going the extra mile so that I get what I paid for , also a young man in the room service . His name is Karim . He was very helpful,I really recommend the place for a different experience.

Negative: The reception team need to be more professional and co operative.
