This lovely home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a mile away from Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife Museum. You are close to many dining and shopping options. It is situated equal distance between both Cox and Mercy Hospital. This is a perfect get away home for your family!
The house includes 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1-queen bedroom 2-queen and bedroom 3-single twin) and 1 full bathroom, sleeping 5. We also have 2 cots that would allow for 7 guests if needed. There is also a pack'n'play available for your use. You will find everything you need in a well stocked kitchen and breakfast nook, along with a separate dining room, living room, hallway towel closet, and laundry room. There is a covered patio area in the back with outdoor seating, outdoor table/chairs and a grill. The fenced yard and quiet neighborhood makes it a perfect spot for kids to play. Trampoline and private pool available for guests use.
Note: We do offer long term stays with a discount from regular nightly rates. I would like to mention that while we supply most things you will need-you might have to replenish toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags or even cleaning supplies depending on your length of stay and personal needs.

Note: This house has a separate back entrance to a mini suite that is locked off from the main space of the house. My work required me to travel extensively, but currently I have separate living quarters within the house that I stay in when I am in town. You have access to everything as advertised and would rarely see me except for occasional trips home. We have lawn care and pool maintenance that you may see for routine services from time to time.

Summary: Very nice house, was decorated for Halloween. We were there for a dog show. We had more than needed and the yard is safe to let our dogs play. Quiet area, we fell safe!

Summary: House was cozy but dated and a little dark. Pool was nice but outdoor decking looked a little dangerous with rusted nails popping out. There was a trampoline but it also was very rusted. The rental was fine for our needs as it was close by the Bass Pro Aquarium but I wouldn’t want to take little kids in the back yard.

Summary: The only complaint i would have is the TV wouldn't work, it takes forever to load up and then when you're in the middle of watching a show, that you waited a long time to load, it freezes, or said channel is no longer available. Couldn't really watch much more than the game show network

Summary: The good: location is good and kitchen is nice and well appointed. No problems checking in. The bad: so dark and cluttered. Kinda clean-but with so much clutter there were cobwebs and grime all over. It’s like your great grandma’s house with old uncomfortable furniture and not enough room to store all the nick-nacks collected over the decades. The beds were so bad and my mothers room, the bed literally fell off the frame. TV is tiny and old, no cable or local channels that I could find. I tried streaming the Stanley Cup playoffs and the TV was too old to handle sports without tracing and pixelation. Plus it was so small. Couch and beds were so uncomfortable and cluttered with too many old dusty pillows to count. Towels were thread-bare, scratchy and old. One tiny, grimy bathroom with no counter space. Pool wasn’t working.

Summary: Homes located in a quiet neighborhood, very well stocked supplies wise, convenient to everything. Your not alone in home, master suite has tenant so refrained from conducting personal calls an business matters. But she was helpful showing us how to start shower. We arrived late at night an I felt rude knowing someone was sleeping in home. But after hours of travel it was great night's rest on the comfortable beds. She never disturbed us or said anything. Check out policy is super easy. Definitely would stay again

Summary: The home is great, comfortable beds, lots of extras! The ad did say 2 tvs but only 1 was hooked up, but still not a big deal just maybe update the listing. If I could have changed anything maybe a bigger TV in the main living area, otherwise, it was perfect. Thank you!
