Positive: Exceptional and spotless spacious sauna within well equipped, completely new spa. In general, a great concept, luxury apartments with all the amenities. Not missed anything. Completely new building, modern but still fitting to the mountains background. And I should not forget to mention covert, spacious parking with direct access to the elevator. Easy to bring stuff up to the apartment. Also being next to the main road to the glacier (windows were sound proof) facilitates access in any time/weather.
Negative: Short visit time. Next time we should stay longer. Make sure to check the events calendar.

Positive: We’ve stayed at Elsa twice already. The first time was in winter for snowboarding and we loved it — not just the beautiful weather but also the excellent slopes. This time we visited in June and the summer stay was just as great. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. We also appreciated that you get a door code for both the building and your room, so no need to carry a key. Great sauna and pool for relaxing. The staff was fantastic - very friendly, helpful, and always ready to give advice or help out. We felt genuinely welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

Positive: No keys. Keyless entry for the main entrance, room and the ski room, is such a convenience I am surprised more properties are not adopting this technology. The design and size of the rooms was great and we had two large bathrooms, which made getting ready for the ski slopes in the morning with my wife stress free -- having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was also a treat. We also enjoyed the bar area for some after ski local beers. The hotel is also located only short walk to either the chair lift or to the bus to reach the larger side of the mountain.
Negative: No complaints. The staff was friendly and attentive and everything worked as expected.

The apartment is modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with top-quality beds ensuring a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—nothing is missing, making it easy to prepare meals if you wish. The wellness area is outstanding, featuring a Finnish sauna and a pool that provide the perfect way to unwind after a day in the mountains. The atmosphere is peaceful and truly relaxing. A huge plus is the superb breakfast, served directly in the apartment – a real treat! The family owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. The location is perfect for winter sports lovers. Just 300 meters from the Eggalm ski station. Eggalm is part of Ski Zillertal 3000. You have easy access to the Hintertux Glacier, ensuring excellent snow conditions throughout the season. The bus stop is conveniently close. There are also several great restaurants nearby for a delicious dinner. For those who love winter adventures, don’t miss the popular tobogganing experience at Höllenstein Hütte – a must-try! Cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the 14 km of classic and skating trails from Tux-Vorderlanersbach to Madseit.
