Positive: Cleanliness, availability of everything you need for a comfortable stay, a large amount of dishes, towels, iron, washing powder, any detergents for household and body, and much more. Very clean bedding, comfortable mattresses and beds, everything is well cleaned, with care for guests. But the most important thing is the warm welcome from the owners. We spent time as if we were part of the family, and we are very grateful to them for that.

Negative: I have nothing to complain about.

Summary: Thanks to staying in this apartment, our holiday was wonderful.

Positive: The house was clean and good size for families. The hosts were friendly and kind and it felt like safe neighbourhood.

Negative: We don't have many negatives to say. Maybe only that it were some ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

Positive: The house is comfortable and spacious. It has everything you need for long or short stay. It's good location for vistiting Rethymno but you need a car or a taxi. Hosts are very helpful and avaliable whenever you need anything. We were given a tasty gifts at the beginig and end of our stay.

Positive: I can explain in words how we felt at Elysian Rose Residence…i resume as i felt like home. If you want a trip in Crete go here, because you’ll be amazed. First of all: 1. The propriety: they have all that you need, full equiped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms - very clean and cozy, 2 bathrooms filled with everything you have at home, a terrace with view in garden- when you can see also the sea and a private parking spot 2. The host: Vasilis and his nice family make our stay much better. They send us tips for our vacation, good supermarkets, nice place to eat kokoretsi-a traditional food (they even call the place and tell us when to go to eat that), nice beach - also let us more information in the living room with places to visit,etc. The communication was perfect, they are very good & kind persons. 3. The propriety is situated at the middle of Crete so you can go both ways (Chania - Heraklion) fast and easy, that was a plus too because we visit all the beaches very easy. So if we say Crete, we’ll always think about Elysian Rose Residence. Felt like home. Thank you for all.🇹🇩❤️
