Negative: I stayed at Embassy Suites for 3 nights and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The property felt outdated, and the pool area was dirty and uninviting. While the first night seemed fine, the 2nd and 3rd nights were unacceptable. we woke up to roaches in our room. It was horrifying to see, and although I tried to take a picture, the situation caught me off guard. I reported the issue to the front desk, when we got ready to check out. The staff member told me a manager would reach out, but no one ever did. I even called back myself, and no one answered the phone. For the price we paid to stay here, this level of cleanliness and service is absolutely unacceptable. Embassy Suites should take this seriously, guests should not have to deal with roaches in their rooms, dirty common areas, and unresponsive management.
Summary: Paid way too much money to stay at an outdated hotel with a dirty pool and roaches in the room. completely unacceptable.
