Positive: Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Refrigerator was not cooling. Breakfast and all staff were amazing.
Negative: Parking lot is very tight and hard to navigate through.

Positive: Staff was responsive to my requests.
Negative: Our original room, 1205, had a seriously bad odor of mildew and cigarettes. So much so that we could not stay in that room. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and the young lady gave us a purified room on the 14th floor. That part was good but the bad part was allowing room 1205 to be used in that condition.
Summary: We had a good meal and a nice sleep.

Positive: I enjoyed the way that the staff intentionally strived to make you feel comfortable.
Negative: First, there was a smell in room 613. It smelled like it was mold in the room. Sort of like it had been a leak in the room. Also, there was carpet and it was dusty smelling in the room. Finally, the electrical outlets didn’t work at the desk area. I had some work to do on my laptop. I called the front desk around 9:00 am and informed the person of the issue. She said she would send someone up but, they never came. I informed them when I checked out.
