Summary: cold water in bathroom has to run it for 10 minutes before each use to warm it up, TV cables were not connected, had to call service, no additional toilet tissue had to call service; no drinking water had to ask at the desk each day.

Summary: The room was spacious and comfortable, but the upholstery was stained and the bathroom needed some TLC. The breakfasts were very good and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Summary: First room smelled so bad of fresh smoke I asked to change rooms immediately. New room smelled like stale smoke, like that deep down smell a basic cleaning can’t get out. Room dirty. Continuous issues w keys, pleasant but untrained front desk. Requested the room cleaned after 2nd day. Called front desk. Went to front desk hours later after talking to all of the housekeepers and told our room wasn’t on the list. After the third time and hours later finally room was barely adequately cleaned. Called in advance of booking and recommended the “deluxe” room as it had two queens, but it was actually two doubles no different at all from basic room so don’t bother getting the more expensive room. All of the rooms are old and tired. Breakfast was a disaster every day. Food not kept up.Tables not cleaned. Only one person cooking so a half hour wait to get an omelette. At 9:25 with over a dozen people in line for food, they were more concerned with taking the juice and coffee away even though people hadn’t even gotten their food. Guests literally having the juice taken away while trying to fill glasses. When confronted the staff said no more after 9:30. Again, this is after a 30 minute wait to try and get food and with a line still a dozen deep. Zero common sense. Parking fee is a money grab. Frequent traveler, platinum hotels/expedia and Hilton honors and absolutely terrible service. Hotel was more expensive than the others all within a block around it, and not worth it.

Summary: They charge you for everything including wifi, parking and even water bottles placed in room. You never know for what they will charge you next.

Summary: Not clean... Room was not cleaned until around the 4th night of my stay. Paper coffee cups were not replaced for 5 days. Towels were replaced only twice. The room was never vacuumed. The lotion was replaced on day 4 of my stay, regardless of many requests. When I checked in the toilet did not flush. The best part was the restaurant. The food was good.

Summary: Your hotel was not up to the standard we expect from your company We saw a cocktail glass lay in the hallway by the elevator for seven days. It only moved because a guest picked it up and put on a desk. Your website said you had a cocktail hour with two drinks per guest. You made everyone pay for your their drinks. Your breakfast room is heavy worn.
