Negative: Anime convention so hotel was overrun with “characters” The elevator didn’t work in the parking garage but they had the nerve to charge $20, parking was difficult because of the convention

Positive: Beautiful! Super clean and loved the personal touches in room having things on and the extra amenities, (even though I didn’t have a lot of time there) loved the blackout curtains had great sleep!, and charging hub on nightstand was so helpful!
Negative: Just the staff during late night arrival, parking was a bit confusing Westin branch in the future!
Summary: Had an amazing stay even just for one night! Slept great and would totally stay at another

Negative: door stopper in bathroom was ragged and cut foot on it. Also the bathroom fan doesnt work. room 831

Negative: Challenge parking our car. Busy weekend with a salsa convention on site which made finding a parking space difficult. Arrived back to the hotel at nine pm only to find no parking spaces available. Was old by front desk staff we needed to find parking offsite even though was being charged for parking in the garage . Manager directed us to lower levels of the garage and found a place to park. Parking fee comped. Awakened at 2 am and again later with revealers returning to their rooms. Would be helpful to know super ch an event was planned. Would find an alternate hotel.
Summary: Nice but dated hotel. Hotel event was inconvenient for those not participating in the conference
