Positive: We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska for 10 days. From the Valet to the front desk and everyone in-between was courteous, professional and efficient. Our only complaint was trying to communicate with the room maids as they only spoke Spanish. We highly recommend the Embassy Suites in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. You'll definitely enjoy your stay. Thank you Embassy Suites and all their staff for a job well done!

Positive: I have stayed before. Wonderful hotel. breakfast was more than expected. Valet was wonderful. Staff amazing

Negative: We had 3 kids while looking forward to going swimming in the onsite pool. The pool was closed due to maintenance and was told we could go to the Graduate which was a sister company The pool was extremely cold and too cold for the kids. That was the primary reason I stayed at our hotel. Very unhappy with that.
