Negative: Mouldy grout in shower . Peeling paint , a little TLC is needed . Back entrance very filthy , leaves , dirt , cobwebs accumulated on and around A/C unit .

Negative: Limited selection breakfast. Was surprised by the quality of dinner. Chips were cold and salad was just lettuce and a piece of tomato with no dressing.
