Positive: There was no breakfast.

Negative: I'm handicapped, so I couldn't use the shower, and the bed was too high. I had to use a short step stool I had in my car. The handicap rooms are both smoking, and only had handrails in the tub.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to St John's Hospital, very easy drive. Perkins restaurant right beside the site. Reasonable price for the area.

Negative: It's getting pretty dated, it hasn't changed since I stayed here in the mid 90s. It's showing wear and tear.

Positive: Have stayed here before and would stay again. Only thing that was a bit concerning was the parking lot always has some sketchy vehicles that look like people live in them, but have never had any issues.

Summary: Great location to catch my favorite band a block away at the doghouse!
