Lovely sunny home tucked away for your own privacy. The home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a half. It has a pullout couch so the house can sleep up to six people. There is an extra guest fee for more than 4 guests of $15 per guest per night for guests older than 2 years of age.
The home has a lovely fenced in backyard which provide privacy and a place for your pet. ( approved in advance ) There is a private garage on the property as well as off street parking. Interstate 94 is four blocks away for very easy for commuting. The home is closely located to downtown St. Paul Regions Hospital and many schools as well as major companies.
Great location. Fantastic backyard. There is a dog park 2 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, parks, public transportation, 20 minutes from the airport.
It's a great home away from home.

Summary: The property was clean and met all our needs. The bed was comfortable, backyard had a wooden fence and shade, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host installed AC for us:) We used it, too. We would rent again.

Summary: We came up from Il to see our daughter. She currently lives in a studio apartment, so we weren't able to stay with her. This rental has everything to make a comfortable stay. She provided coffee, which we forgot to bring and so that was nice. She offered recomendations which were all good. It was a nice neighborhood minitues from the highway. The fenced backyard was such a bonus. It was clean and felt very safe. We've had some unfortunate rentals in MSP and so this felt like a perfect find! We had a very fun trip.

Summary: Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.

Summary: The house is lovely--clean, efficient, and well-equipped-- and the neighborhood is nice. It is very convenient to I-94. My favorite thing is the fenced backyard, perfect for my dogs. I will stay here again when I visit St. Paul.

Summary: We stayed here a few nights for our annual girls trip- so glad to be able to bring my two pups! They enjoyed the backyard and it was so nice to have a fenced in area. The house had everything we needed. The stairs leading up to the second level are a bit narrow, use caution. The location was very convenient as we hopped between MN and WI using I94 each day as we explored. Overall an enjoyable experience!

Summary: We stayed over a long weekend to be in town for a wedding and had a fantastic time! Everything was so close we never had to drive far. The property itself was impressively clean and my one year old loved being able to crawl around to her heart’s content. We didn’t use the back yard much but it looked so lovely. We would definitely stay again if we come back to town!
