Summary: The condo is overlooking the beach and a has a great view. The nice thing is that you get two free chairs with an umbrella with your stay.

Summary: Overall impression of the property was great, clean comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds and furniture This property had a few issues 1. The beds were in the wrong rooms, description says king-size bed in the primary which opens onto the balcony and queen-size in the secondary, they were just the opposite, so definitely was not what I booked. Maintenance was contacted and came and looked at the situation and agreed that the beds were in the wrong rooms and said they would check into it further and try and correct, never heard from them again 2. The TV in the secondary room didn't have any reception so that was useless 3. The tubs in both bathrooms drained so slowly that you were standing in 3-4 inches of water by the time your shower was done

Summary: Overall, we had a good stay at Emerald Isle in Pensacola Beach. The location is definitely the biggest highlight — right on the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made everything super convenient. The included beach chair service was also a really nice bonus and added to the overall beach experience. The 506 unit itself was clean and nice, but it does feel a bit older and could use some updating in certain areas. One thing future guests should know is that if you book through Hotels.com, you do not get to choose your specific unit or floor. The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication regarding construction during our stay and the large pool being closed for a few days. It would have been appreciated to receive advance notice about that before arrival so expectations could be managed accordingly. That said, we still enjoyed our trip overall thanks to the excellent location and beach access.

Summary: Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time.

Summary: The beach view was awesome. Never went in pool. Weather was not great. Cold wet and windy but condo was beautiful and well appointed making staying in doors quite pleasant

Summary: The view is spectacular from the balcony!! Enjoyed using the nice and big balcony from beginning with a cup of coffee, to a relaxing ending with a glass wine! Having three bedrooms with three bathrooms was truly a blessing!! The ice maker was fantastic!! Loved being there every moment!! Cannot wait to next year for a repeat visit!!
