Luxurious, newly renovated two bedroom condo that sleeps 6 adults. Relax and enjoy the view of the pristine, sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The pictures don't begin to do justice to the view of the Gulf. If you feel like getting an early start to your day you, just step out onto the balcony for a stunning view of the sunrise over the Gulf. Some upgrades include porcelain tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen, floor to ceiling windows and a built in grill. New furnishings and freshly painted throughout. Nice size, fully furnished kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area. There's a kiddie cot and a pack and play available. Rather than an uncomfortable night on a sleeper sofa enjoy a better night's sleep on the queen size murphy bed in the great room, while still having a usable living area. There are beach towels, toys, cooler and several beach accessories in the unit for your use. Our European Spa and Lifestyle Center offers state of the art fitness area, treatment rooms, indoor spa, separate his and hers spa areas (with dry sauna, steam room, showers, lockers and lounge area), 2 lagoon pools with spas overlooking the intracoastal waterway and indoor olympic size pool. Enjoy indoor dining at Coastal or relaxing poolside dining from Al Fresco Bar and Grill. Play tennis with 5 rubico clay surface courts. Each tower has its own pool and hot tub with Tower 4 being the only one by the water. Tower 4 is the most conveniently located near the Lifestyle Center and its amenities. All of this is on-site for your convenience, as well as, a variety of water sport rentals, bikes ,mini cars, golf carts and much more. You also have the option of hopping on the trolly to explore the rest of the island's dining, shopping and night life. There is an assign parking place in the tower, with additional parking adjacent to the tower.

Summary: Last minute I decided to take my children ages 21 and 16 to Pensacola. We had other family staying there and we wanted to see the Blue Angels! After looking and looking, I found this condo and it was just as described in the pictures. The unit was very clean and nice! It was stocked with what you need in the kitchen and bathrooms and even had extra items. We did not need it but they had a closet full of items for the beach you may have forgotten - chairs, a wagon, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Malinda was amazing to work with! No one was in the unit before we got there so she was able to get us an early check in. We had 1 fan not working when we arrived and she right away had maintenance come and attend to it for us. She was very quick to respond for any needs or questions we had. I would definitely recommend this unit and would definitely stay in this condo again. :)

Summary: This spot is perfection! Everything was perfect for our family. Our teen daughter loved having the room overlooking the gulf. Our son loved that his bed folded into a beautiful piece of furniture. The walk to the beach was so easy and the host supplies just about anything you could possibly need. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Summary: Condo is beautiful and clean. The water heater broke after we checked in and the host was super quick to fix the issue! She had a new water heater installed the next day! The host also provides a lot of items for the beach! My husband and I were amazed at how easy it would be to just fly down here with our boys and not have to pack a car full of beach stuff. She makes it so easy to enjoy your vacation with how much she provides to the renter!

Summary: The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. It was in a great location and had an easy route to the beach. The condo was completely stocked with everything you need for the beach as far as wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of things for the kids. We will definitely be returning!

Summary: Wonderful condo with an even better balcony and view. Owner has all the beach chairs,etc that you need. Only issue was with the property manager - they turned off the key card an hour before our check out. Which was a slight issue when we got back from our last beach walk. Also, there were extra charges from them for a check-in fee and a daily amenity fee that wasn’t expected.

Summary: The stay was nice and as advertised. Amenities and items within the unit (from coffee to swim floaties) were super helpful. The only issue was the poor water pressure. It took around 30-40 minutes to really fill either bathtub and showering was pretty much out of the question because of the poor drip. It might not seem like that big of an issue, but at the price we paid for just four nights, we were sort of hoping for no issues.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend for a last minute babymoon. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked that they provided a few basics in the pantry and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay. Very easy check in and check out process. We will be returning for future trips!
