Positive: It was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. Loved having the 2 bathrooms and being on first floor.
Negative: It was not as clean as we would have liked. Within 2 minutes of being in the place my daughterโ€™s feet were completely black from the floors. There were no coffee filters and the inside of the coffee pot was very dirty. There was dirt and hair on all baseboards and the bed railings. Found a bug (not a bed bug!!) on my daughters bed sheets as soon as were flipped the sheet down. The cooking utensils still had food on them in the utensil holder. There was also visible trash outside under the bushes. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. The front door does not have a good seal, you can see daylight around it.
Summary: Other than the lack of cleanliness it was a great stay.

Positive: Pool & hot tub were great. Very quiet property. We basically had the place to ourselves even though it was about 75% occupied. Exterior grounds were kept very well.
Negative: The unit was not clean, the floor had not been swept or mopped. The dining chairs were ripped & impossible to sit on. The dishwasher buttons were broken. The toilet ran all night long! It was an ok place but for the price I would have picked a different unit. We like the lower level for ease of entry & being right by the pool. We let the rental company know and they wanted to come out & re-do the floors but I had already swept & mopped so we could start our vacation. I sent them the photos shared here but only received a โ€˜thank you we will look into it. Itโ€™s really too bad. Some of the other units at this condo look a lot nicer for the same price, shop around.

Negative: Unable to request a late checkout unless you notify them 5 days in advance. Checkout at 9 am is a bit too early.
