The Emerald Water Lakefront Villa is a true hidden Gem of the Sierra on the Shoreline of the Nevada Mountain range, Tucked along the southeastern shore of Tahoe Cave Rock is a great place to put in a boat and explore the crystalline waters of the largest alpine lake in North America. The Emerald Waters Lakefront Villa offers more in the lakeshore than any other luxurious Villa while you relax in a very private estate, located down a private road with only about 7 other homes on it. Outside there is a massive breakwater with an interior 36' floating dock, 2 deeded buoys/moorings offshore, a private swim area, a large entertaining deck with BBQ, and a stunning Lakeview. Important to know there is a Jet Ski Lift too. Emerald Waters Villa is a custom-built home that has 4,737 sq ft inside and parking for 6 cars. You can bring the whole family and friends and have a great time. Enjoy amazing lake views from just about every window. The sprawling living area is great for family gatherings. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. All but one bedroom has lake views. There are 2 half baths located near the great room and bar area. This is the perfect home for entertaining. It has something for everyone. The entry-level features the primary bedroom, living room, kitchen, bar area, two fireplaces, two half baths, and laundry facilities. Upstairs you will find three en-suite bedrooms and additional laundry, Along the lakeside of Majestic Lake Tahoe, Historic Glenbrook, Nevada, on the East Shore of Lake Tahoe, epitomizes the qualities of a rural lakeshore community. Summary: Amazing views, private, peaceful. Comfortable furniture, so many places to sit and enjoy a view. I missed the note about it being animal friendly so I personally did not care for the fur on furniture and the comfy blankets in the living room or the cat pee smell on one of the lounges in the bar room. The cleaning level could have been better, the cobwebs in the windows and under furniture where food and cat toys were hiding. Some things were weathered in ways that made it uncomfortable to use with out worries that you would break it with regular use, such as opening cabinets or rolling out drawers, to access pans or the strings on window curtains, or opening and closing the lid on the hot tub. I was a little disappointed that the cooking area on the dock deck was not useable and the umbrellas were bent and not easy to set up hence I only used one. Things I really appreciated were how well stocked the kitchen spice cabinet is, the cleaning supplies for laundry and kitchen were ample. The carpet was a pleasure to walk on. The kayaks were a delight to have access to.
