Imagine yourself staring out onto glistening blue water beaming through peaceful pines from the front porch of this recently constructed luxurious contemporary mountain home tucked in along Lake Tahoe's shoreline in the quiet little alcove called Lincoln Park. With convenient beach access a block away and a public boat launch right down the road, this locale is ideal for summertime fun! This fine home is complete with a gourmet kitchen equipped with granite counter-tops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, along with lavish bathrooms appointed with beautiful travertine tile, glass shower doors, and elegant oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and splashed with rich mocha wood accents throughout.
Guests will enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5-bedroom/4.5 bath house. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, as do the 2 other guest rooms. The kid's room is furnished with bunk beds. The bright living room is furnished with a leather sofa set, and the family room has a sofa sleeper, which can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen is perfect for dining, equipped with high-end GE appliances and a granite bar for casual meals. In the summer, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming or relaxing on the beach and later watch the sunset from the balcony of the living or master bedroom. The house also has a hot tub in the backyard.
Ski resorts, casinos, nightlife, and other great South Lake Tahoe activities are nearby! You will create a ton of memories in this house with your friends and family. Close to South Lake Tahoe, Glenbrook, NV, Heavenly Ski Resort, Cave Rock, and Rock Climbing, and centrally located in Lake Tahoe, so you can experience all the Lake has to offer!

Summary: By far, the best vacation rental experience I've ever had. From the booking to the moment we locked up and left…nothing but 5 stars. The home is gorgeous and well maintained. There were a few minor aesthetic damages, but we documented them and notified the property manager. Also, the location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to the lake and a 12 min drive to the casinos, ski resorts and shopping. We will be back FOR SURE.

Summary: The house was beautiful with plenty of room for our group. There are a lot of stairs so we would recommend for anyone with toddlers ,1-1yrs old be sure to bring a baby gate or two otherwise you will be forever chasing them up and down stairs. The hot tub jets were not working but got warm enough to enjoy. Parking was really the only thing that was frustrating as it said 3 cars allowed only to get there and find that only 2 were allowe. Luckily they were able to allow us to park our 3rd car close by but for an additional fee, which frankly felt wrong but whatever. We still had a great time.

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful Tahoe home for Christmas. We were a party of 10 and the house fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms (5) and plenty of room for us all. Also, house was well maintained and stocked with all necessities. It was a wonderful stay!!

Summary: My family and I had a great time on our visit to Lake Tahoe. What a truly beautiful place. Our VRBO home was very nice and well-appointed with one significant exception. The prominently advertised Hot Tub did not work appropriately throughout our stay. We were counting on spending relaxing time in the tub after full days hiking and/or on the water. When I reported the situation to mgt the problem could not be fixed. It was apparent that mgt knew the Hot Tub required repairs however they had made no effort to fix the unit before our arrival. Very disappointing response from mgt to my concerns. This issue made an otherwise wonderful trip a bit of a downer.

Summary: House was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. Loved the spacious master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub. There was plenty of space for everyone and the dogs got a fenced yard. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and lake and quick drive to shopping and entertainment.

Summary: This rental worked perfectly for our family get together to celebrate mom/grandma/greatgrandma’s 84th birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and our four legged children. Working with Zorka and the local property manager was seamless and both were very easy to get ahold of. Overall I give this place 5 stars and will definitely be back this summer.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for us, good back yard for hot tubbing and building snowmen. I’d for sure stay again. Little beach was still accessible in snow and dogs loved running around over there. Two of the bedrooms are pretty small, but other two were big! Thanks for having us.
