Summary: This is my third time staying at El Emperador and it’s been great. The manager Gervacio and the staff are amazing. You’re literally 30 feet from the beach and walking distance from a ton of restaurants & bars. If you stay there get a junior suite or higher as those have excellent views and are more spacious.

Summary: The hotel is a marginal facility at best. I had hot water issues in my first room and then in the room I was moved to by the front desk. The elevator should be repaired because the stop at the desired floor was hard and bumpy. It was very annoying and unacceptable. Restaurant food was over priced and my waiter was very rude. However, the front desk was very customer oriented. In good conscience I can’t recommend this hotel.

Summary: The view was spectacular! Was able to take great pictures of the sea and boats...Malecon! Room also had cooking facilities on the balcony!

Summary: Price-value wasn’t there. Considering it was low season I would’ve expect a lower price for the conditions of the hotel. It is acceptable, yet it is screaming for a good update.
