Summary: Its was great might not have a grand entrance but the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly .

Summary: Great location - within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, shopping etc. Huge comfortable room. Try to get a room with a view (we had a wall with a mural/ views were on the other side). Breakfast was decent too.

Summary: I liked almost everything about the hotel .. nice and helpful staff .. good breakfast in mado .. clean rooms.. cozy hotel overall . The only thing was that the mattress wasn’t comfortable so i talked to one of the staff members and he told me they are going to renew them in 2-3 months. I’ll come back to the same hotel again.

Summary: Very helpfully staff with very spacious rooms which are slightly dated. Located next to the tram stop with cafes, restaurants, shopping and the Bhosphorous within a minutes walk. Great for those who want to discover the old city.

Summary: Had a wonderful experience since we checked-in with a very friendly and helpful staff.. offering us advice on where to go and what to do and also on what not to do too .. the hotel is very clean the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the bathroom clean though small in size.. the location is amazing near all the touristic sites that you must visit in Istanbul and i mean a walking distance..for vising other places in Istanbul most of the transportation ways are near by too..they even gave us a gift when we checked-out (very nice of them really), we had a wonderful stay and definitely will stay there on my next trip.

Summary: We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed the room and service provided there. A member of the hotel, Veysel, especially helped us out, providing free drinks and refreshments after a tiring day of touring the city. The hotel clerk also helped us out with getting around the city, pinpointing the best sights and routes to take to get to specific areas.

Summary: The staff at the hotel were very friendly and were so helpful with the information of Instanbul we required. We could not have asked for better service at all times. Dinning recomendation was excellent. Found hairdresser for our wives at late notice. Arranged tranfers to airport. We were early arriving at the hotel but all went smoothly. Rooms not ready but the welcome we recieved was so genuine. Coffee offered ( very good) while we arranged the rest of our morming. Would reccomend this hotel to travellers wanting comfort and help in a new city adventure. We would use this accomodation again without any hesitation.
