Positive: Very good location at beach front. It was full booked but really quiet and peaceful. Very nice guests at the same time and very friendly and engaged staff.

Negative: It was NY eve and the restaurant was closed 🥲. We had to go for dinner outside and it would have been amazing to have a NY eve event at the hotel with the other guests

Positive: The grounds and room were so beautiful! Our family had an incredible time. The pool was perfect. We had a phenomenal surfing lesson with Alfredo (who was great with kids!) and loved our dinners and breakfast at the restaurant. Yoga was also such a wonderful delight. In fact, the entire staffstyle was just phenomenal Thank you so much!

Negative: Compared to how incredible the places the only thing that wasn’t wonderful was that there was really only a sheet on the bed and we had to order some throw blankets to sleep. The beach /pool towels were also rough and flimsy. But otherwise, we really loved our stay!

Summary: This really was Boho chic beach paradise for the family.

Positive: We loved the place and the setting at the beach. The staff was super friendly (great barkeeper 😉) and the rooms are really nice! The food is really nice, too! You can book yoga, massages and surfing lessons directly with the accomodation.

Negative: Unfortunately the kitchen seems a little oberwhelmed if there is a big group at breakfast. It takes very long for the food to arrive. They do bring you a bowl of fruit beforehand though.

Positive: The property was located right on the beach, well maintained and clean. The hosts and everyone else was super friendly and helpful. Incredible and fresh cooked breakfast every morning with many selections off a limited menu of options including a daily special. We had dinner one night and it was well executed. Drinks were good also. The property arranged for surf lessons, a whale-watching tour, and a customized tour of Manual Antonio National Park.

Negative: We had a critter in the ceiling of our room that was noisy and affected our sleep at night. Communication on how to get into the property late at night was unclear and we had to honk several times to get security to finally come out and open the gate. Wifi was not available in our room and we had to go to the office area to do any business that needed a wifi connection.

Summary: Incredible experience in a great location.
