Positive: It was an absolutely lovely destination for our honeymoon. They upgraded our room to one with a private access to the beach and decorated the bed. We stayed for three days and our days were full. Between kayaking to Moyenne Island, walking on the sand in low tide toward Long Island, snorkeling, walking around Round Island and swimming in our private pool, nothing was missing. Food was good and the staff were very generous and kind.

Positive: A beautiful island, with incredible views everywhere you look. We stayed in a superior bungalow and it was outstanding. A mix of sleek exterior and terrace and traditional, antique interiors. The staff were faultless. From the Sundowners beach bar, the restaurant and main lobby - all exceptional. Communication was via WhatsApp and staff were always fast and helpful in responding. This is a place of quiet luxury and seclusion. Perfect for couples. We loved it and hope to visit again.
Negative: As others have mentioned, all Seychelles beaches are (rightly) open to the public. So there are regular trips from locals and tourists. This is mainly from around 10.30-3.45. It wasn’t a problem for us, we liked the vibe. But also outside of these times, it felt even more special to have the beaches largely to ourselves (pro tip, sunrise at the sand bar is so good it’s almost otherworldly).

Positive: The perfect place for introverts or a romantic getaway. The beautiful, secluded villa was beyond reproach. The service was impeccable. The food in the restaurant was quite delicious; you won't get tired of the menu even after a week7 The hotel staff was absolutely dedicated to making my vacation perfect! In April, low tides make it impossible to swim in the mornings, but you can lounge completely alone on the wonderful beach. After lunch, the beach is completely underwater, but you can swim to your heart's content if you don't mind the tourists and locals who come to the foot of the villa to relax, especially on weekends. However, in my case, at the hotel manager's request, they turned down the music, so it wasn't so bad. The manager also suggested that I go sunbathe in a vacant villa on the other side of the island if I was too bothered by the group of tourists near my villa!
Negative: Mosquitoes! The three types of repellents I bought at the local store were useless, as was the scheduled treatment of the entire hotel.

Positive: I liked the whole experience of being isolated with full privacy, the private pool overlooking the ocean was amazing and the activities were fun too. The staff were really amazing, especially David, Sheryl and Ahmad. Everyone helped to make this an amazing experience and would definitely recommend for people to come.
