We are nestled in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. Our fabulous hilltop location overlooking several lush valleys inspired our name. The Enchanted Valley View is a fully furnished guest residence with a fabulous panoramic view of the surrounding valleys. The master bedroom offers a rustic flavor with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and access to a full patio overlooking the valleys. The other bedroom is spacious with a full size bed and walk-in closet. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space, a glass top electric range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and all necessary utensils. A set of french doors from the kitchen will lead you to the glass enclosed sun room that overlooks the valleys. There are patios on either side of the sun room ready for barbequing or simply relaxing in the fresh country air. The living room offers extra sleeping space with a queen size sofa bed. The large bathroom has a full size shower.

Summary: This property gives a lot of bang for the buck! It's spacious, it's a good location close to Watkins Glen, amazing view, it's private. The unit we stayed in was in the basement and it seemed very damp, and we saw quite a few spiderwebs and spiders around. It felt like a basement. But the bedrooms and bathrooms, and kitchen were all clean, and kitchen well stocked.

Summary: Everything was phenomenal! From the communication from Jim the owner, to the place itself! Jim even texted to let me know it was ready prior to set check in time! Which was such a huge help being we just finished a long hike. There's no way to describe this place without saying you just need to go and experience it for yourself! Absolutely stunning, and incredible.

Summary: Jim was a great host. He communicated promptly and was easy to work with. The beds were comfortable. There are collectibles all over giving a kitschy vibe. I noticed none were dusty! That was impressive. I put 5 for cleanliness even though there is a “basementy” odor. It was not bad enough to ruin our stay. There were thoughtfully placed items like binoculars and playing cards in the sun room. And of course that was our favorite part—just amazing views. The location is very convenient to town and racing.

Summary: For a one night stay, it was suitable for the price. The views were amazing as described and was lucky enough to catch the sunrise! As far as the property, all it needs is some decluttering and some general upkeep. We were on bottom level and tenants above were heard late night and early morning moving about. This place has the potential to be a standout rental!!
