For special occasions, we offer a unique setting for intimate, 75-person ceremonies and gatherings, available for direct booking with the farm. Kindly note the 14-person indoor limit ensures optimum enjoyment and convenience as per rules. Outdoor 75-person micro ceremonies and gatherings are permitted directly booked with the farm, flat rate for Thursday 4:00 check in until Monday 11:00 am check out. Events must be pre arranged and fifty percent deposit at booking. Any group over 14 guests is an event per rules. Your booking price is for your lodging your guests, if you read this please confirm that you understand our farm rules on leaving the house and patio exactly as you found it and guest maximum size

Guests have full access to front manicured lawn, back yard, patio and tree lined lane. In order to respect the privacy of the farm owners and farm operations, there is no access to the other areas of the farm past the white barn All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Help yourself to tea, coffee, spring water, and essential cooking herbs and oils. For any additional needs, our small farm market is open from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. We have organic produce, farm eggs, grass-fed meats, and more!
Please note that our indoor facilities are non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke outside on the patio. We kindly ask that you leave the house as you found it, refraining from moving furniture indoors. If you do move outdoor chairs, kindly return them to their original positions. Our team has thoughtfully arranged everything for your convenience, and we appreciate your cooperation.
If this is your first short term rental experience, rest assured that our cleaning service will wash linens and towels, clean the bathrooms, and ensure the house remains beautiful and pristine for your stay. Please dispose of trash in the outdoor kitchen bin and remove any food not suitable for our farm animals. You can turn on the dishwasher, and our housekeeper will gladly handle the rest.

Summary: What a stunning and well kept home! The photos are nice but its 10x better in person!! The best kitchen I have ever seen in a home mixed in with the historic charm of the rest of the layout of the home. Great location just down the road from major stores while also having the privacy of land around it. Was cold for our visit so didn't get to utilize much of the gorgeous outdoor living space but will certainly come up with a reason to stay again for a warmer month to do so! 10/10 recommend.

Summary: Fabulous house for an “farm” Christmas. Kids loved feeding the animals. Everyone loved the fire pit in the evening. All the cooks used all of the amazing kitchen. Four grand daughters loved the room with built in beds. Bathroom fit for a queen. Old folks were so happy with the cozy first floor bedroom with bath. Good place to rest from the kids! Christmas tree and decorations were beautiful and set the mood. Everything about our stay was perfect. We could not have been happier. Thank you so much for our family memories.

Summary: This house was perfect for our stay. We had 9 adults and 4 preteens, and all of us enjoyed ourselves. Very, very clean. The kitchen is completely gourmet. The surrounding grounds were more than lovely, with a swing, farm animals and plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of historical charm.

Summary: This was our second weekend stay at Fingerboard Farm in the past 12 months. Our group of 6-12 teaching physicians utilized the house for intensive work retreat again this year - it was perfect. The kitchen provides plenty of space and has everything needed to cook for a large group, including two refrigerators and 6 gas burners. We enjoy cooking and eating together as a great way to take a break from the work and lighten the mood. The dining table is long enough for 10 people together. The parlor accommodates a projector and screen (which we brought with us), though in the past we used the TV via HDMI cord (bring your own HDMI cord) which was functional. We were able to seat 10-12 people in the parlor - this served as our working room. The beds are comfortable and there is adequate space for privacy. The bathrooms are adequate, but sometimes folks had to wait for a shower. The patio is spacious and it would have been nice to spend some time there if the weather had cooperated. The sauna is a nice touch. Overall the house is well-cleaned (though one room must have been missed by the cleaners this year) and the linens are nice. It is quiet and the surrounding grounds are relaxing for a walk or just to view. Plenty of parking. Overall it's a wonderful space and we plan to return again. Thank you!

Summary: We had 13 total between adults and kids, had plenty of space. Very cool property. Animals next door are great to entertain kids. Great location close to shopping center for food. Just wish I looked ahead of time to bring golf clubs, you’re right in front of whiskey creek.

Summary: OMG.... This place was great. Lots of room for everyone to sit and talk. The kitchen is wonderful with a large ice maker in the cabinet you will never run out. The outside fire area is great. added bonus there is a sauna.. Plenty of wood and chairs its an absolutely beautiful house. Thank you for letting us stay, I would recommend this place to anyone its great.

Summary: Our group of 13 people came from Nevada, California, and Lithuania. We all were at awe how beautiful the place is inside and outside. Very comfortably planned, 13 of us never had to fight over the shower time :) Our favorite time was to finish the day at the fire place in the back yard; just magical. Our group agreed that we need to come back here again.
