Originally built in 1900, this historic home has been lovingly restored and furnished to offer a comfortable and luxurious stay for up to 6 guests.
This house is full of character and natural light, perfect for a cozy getaway in the heart of Hobart. Sitting on the bench at the front door, enjoying a glass of Tasmanian wine or morning tea while taking in the impressive views of kunanyi/Mount Wellington. The various potted plants in the house bring it to life. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city, air conditioning can quickly heat up during the cold Hobart winter, and enjoy high-speed NBN internet and stream your favorite shows on Netflix, or cozy up on the sofa bed with a good book. In addition to a post office, chemist, and many restaurants and food purveyors, the cottage is only minutes from the Cascade Brewery and Cascades Female Factory historic site.
