Summary: My husband, daughter and myself stayed this past weekend and it was just what we needed. Condo had the perfect amount of space and was clean. Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. We will definitely be coming back, highly recommend this property.

Summary: My husband and I stayed 11 days at this property. The condo was clean, quiet and well stocked. The location is great!! Pool area was clean and very close to the condo, ocean views are beautiful. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This is our 3rd stay in this condo. Looking forward to next year already.

Summary: We have never been to Duck before but we fell in love! We went for a few nights with our daughters (5 & 1) and this condo was perfect for a quick getaway with our little family. We did notice some mold in the bedroom on the vent. I am allergic & woke up each morning with the sniffles and a sore throat. There were board games & books available for rainy days, but hopefully you won’t need them and can enjoy the beach, pool and playground!

Summary: Not great shape...bed is comfortable. Recliner has seen better days...exposed nails on bench outside access door, master bathroom door wont close due to wall crack extending to ceiling (possible structural integrity issue)...2nd bathroom shower stall falling apart. 2 1/2 sets of stairs from the parking lot to the room ensures your movements are well thought out and not to be wasted. A/C worked great..kitchen well stocked...just needs some updates and touch ups.
