Positive: The location was very quiet, clean, and beautiful. As two girls, we felt very safe walking at night. Our host Fernando was also incredible, and had hot water for tea and Peruvian deserts waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us a tour of the local area and was there to answer any questions we had at all about the city.
Negative: I don't think there was anything that we didn't enjoy. The room was clean, with plenty of amenities, the host was excellent and friendly, I wouldn't have changed anything.

Positive: This is a nice spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and great value for money. The owners are helpful, especially with your luggage. Thankfully, they remained patient when I got frustrated trying to connect to one of their 3 WiFi services. It does take a record time, but it was very good once connected and only once dropped out briefly. The shower is warm enough and there's a big sofa in the room. I'd definitely stay here again if in lima
Negative: It would have been nice to know beforehand that the private bathroom is external, although it's close to the room. It was a bit of a shock to me at first, but I got used to it. The spiral staircase goes up 2 floors but it's easy enough if you don't have problems with mobility or vertigo.
