Positive: Very clean and very quite. Staff were super nice and helpful. Very good drinks and food.

Negative: Breakfast was not that good, the only thing that stood out was the juice bar also AC was very finicky.

Summary: Execeptional service, beautiful views and fresh clean air.

Positive: Incredible hotel. It is obvious why this place just received 2 Michelin keys last month. Everything was just amazing, the room exceeded our expectations with everything you need inside. The sauna area was just perfect, quiet and spotless. Wonderful soap and shampoo products by Soeder, smell of pine fit perfectly to the concept of the place. The views were stunning, the staff were very nice and friendly, the breakfast was heavenly. Everything in this hotel just makes sense, design, food, concept etc. Would be definitely coming back soon.

Positive: I likes very much the atmosphere, design and location of the hotel. Also very cosy spa with beautiful view. The Chef is amazing and cuisine is on par with Michelin restaurant. Nespresso machine in the room is very welcomed. Small gift at the departure is cute touch.

Negative: Room n 15 was very cold and air con could not make it a lot warmer. I would appreciate if there was a dog friendly hotel. And also if the hotel was again Adults only ;)

Summary: Very comfortable stay, will be back.

Positive: Small, boutique hotel, with unique design and great location - away from crowd, directly im Tatrzański Park Narodowy. Rooms are well equipped: three is a backpack,(if you will need for mountain trips) and tools for rehab /joga. There are: coffee machine and mini bar. And of course free water: still and sparking. There are saunas and place where you can do morning gym

Negative: It has wonderful dinner cuisine and cooks ( I know this from previous stays), unfortunately it was closed and not available for dinner during the last stay, that was the only negative for me.
