Book now to enjoy a custom built, contemporary farmhouse constructed in 2019 on 12 acres, 2 minutes from Devils Glen near Creemore and Collingwood! The house features 3,500 sf of living space + 1,200 sf of decks with 5 bedrooms.
Designed by Toronto architecture firm, RUB Design, Ironwood offers complete privacy and backs directly onto the Bruce Trail at Duntroon Crevice Heights on the Niagara Escarpment. The expansive property features plenty of outdoor areas, including a large deck that opens up off the main living area where there is a 6-person STIL hot tub with therapeutic jet packs and modern outdoor furniture to lounge on and appreciate the bucolic setting. Enjoy the allรฉe of white ornamental crabapples trees lining the driveway and low lilac hedges around the perimeter of the backyard.
The interior of the 3,500-square-foot space is open concept with a central living, kitchen, dining area and separate den and pantry. Enjoy gatherings in the great room by the Stรปv wood burning fireplace, lounge in the oversized window seat or watch TV on the UHD flatscreen.
The houseโ€™s well-appointed, gourmet kitchen features a modern Scavolini kitchen, Miele stainless appliances with 6 burner gas range, large Miele built-in fridge and dishwasher, 10โ€™ caesarstone breakfast bar/island seating 5 and a teak dining table seating 10. An outdoor table with Tucci umbrella allows you to enjoy the fabulous countryside views.
After a fantastic day exploring Clearview Township, you will find 5 well-appointed bedrooms with premium mattresses, pillows, and linens.

Summary: We rented this home last year & couldnโ€™t wait to return! We came with our daughter, son in law & three grandchildren ages 10,8 & 3. The house is spacious, comfortable & gorgeous! We hiked on the trail right outside the door & despite wet weather we loved our misty family walk! The kids skied with friends close by & we loved returning to our warm cosy house! Summary: Ironwood is an absolutely lovely getaway! The location is great for access to skiing, snowshoeing and visiting quaint local towns. The property is beautifully maintained, comfy and very cozy. Laurie was a delight to deal with! Our little group have all said we look forward to another visit to Ironwood!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Ironwood! The house is stunning with a well equipped kitchen, games space and a fantastic family room to chill by the fire. Communication with Laurie and Sunil was excellent. Super hiking close by and cross country facility almost next door. The space was absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend it! Would definitely book again.

Summary: My husband & I , our daughter, son in law & three grandchildren , 9,7 & 2 had an absolutely fabulous five nights at this beautiful farmhouse! Our grandchildren didnโ€™t want to leave & are already busy planning another visit! Laurie met us & gave us a great tour of the house which made us feel welcome & knowledgeable about how things work ( locks etc). It is a spacious, warm home with a lovely well stocked kitchen which was fun to make meals in! The beds were comfortable & the property is gorgeous! We walked on the Bruce Trail in the rain & fog & loved coming back to the warm cosy house! Thank you Laurie & Sunil! We canโ€™t wait to return!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Ironwood. Laurie met us at the property and gave us a quick orientation tour and made sure we knew we could contact her at any time. We felt at home the minute we stepped inside. We really appreciated the welcome basket that was waiting for us and the digital guidebook. It really was key to helping us settle in with minimal effort. We found the house to be well organized and comfortable and really enjoyed relaxing in such a pretty country setting. One of the highlights for us was the easy access to the Bruce Trail, which conveniently has an access point right beside the property. The weekend away was just what we needed! We will definitely be in touch for another โ€œescape weekendโ€ soon. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
