The home was clean when we arrived, and the newly renovated bathroom and updated lights and ceiling fans were a really nice touch. The location was perfect—my daughter and her friends could easily walk to the beach, and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable.One thing to note is that while the property is pet-friendly, the backyard isn’t fully fenced—there’s a section without a fence, so just something to keep in mind if you’re bringing a dog. Maintenance was super responsive whenever we had an issue, which we really appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was not having an ice maker, but we just grabbed some bagged ice from the store. Overall, a really enjoyable stay!

The rental was great for us, with plenty of room for the 12 of us and a dog. If bringing a dog know that the back yard is not completely fenced in. We chose this place because we thought it was fenced in, however, did not ruin our time or disappoint. I would definitely go back and recommend.

Summary: We were extremely happy with our week-long stay. Unfortunately we didn't get a lot of beach time due to it not being very hot, even though it was August! But the pool more than made up for it. The kids actually enjoyed the pool more than the beach. The littlest one love the pickle ball court because he could run all he wanted and throw balls without worrying about them going out of the yard. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the convenience of being able to wash towels and clothes whenever we wanted. Definitely recommend this place! Thanks so much!

The house is well-provisioned (more kitchen utensils than I've ever seen ;) and has a cool beach vibe decor. The house is a little on the older side, so you have to be mindful of some of the quirks (a few popped nails, loose electrical outlets), but overall was solid and cozy enough for the 11 of us. It's location is fantastic as well - a short walk to the beach, the market, restaurants, gift shops - as well as being close to the main road out of Sandbridge.

Summary: Bathrooms very outdated. Seat in one bathroom very wobbly. Shower stall appeared unclean probably because of age. Gas grill is in serious need of extensive cleaning. Sediment on bottom of grill was catching fire each time it was used. Overall our stay was very nice. Location to beach was great and we had awesome weather. Would have been helpful if there was some kind of instructions regarding use of living area TV. There were numerous remotes. Could be because of our own unfamiliarity with the system.

It was very close to the beach and small grocery store. Many pieces of the downstairs outdoor furniture were broken and the ping pong table was not usable. The swing chair was not there as well. The layout of the home was wonderful for our family and we enjoyed our stay. There is a soft spot in the kitchen floor that was a bit concerning, but overall we would glady rent here again. Our kids, grandkids and dog enjoyed a beautiful week near the ocean.
