Our property is located on a large quiet wooded lot. Enjoy the newly built upscale and plush 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom space with quartz countertop food prep area, laundry room, large wall mounted smart TVs in each room (cable, internet, and ethernet internet connection included). All appliances are new and there is plenty of private parking at the home. We are in close vicinity with convenient commute to Washington DC. Summary: It’s my second VRBO so I had tons of questions before and during and Monique was patient, communicative and quick to respond. As a mom of two littles I appreciated arriving to a clean place that had plenty of room for us to stretch out. As another commenter mentioned there’s no oven but there’s plenty of kitchen equipment to hold you over. Thank you Monique for an amazing visit. We will absolutely be back.

Summary: Much roomier than expected, nice accommodations. Only drawback was no regular stove/oven. Would have been a challenge to cook a full dinner.

Summary: We had a great experience with our vacation to Gainesville. This property is close to DC, as well as centrally located between Civil War battlefields that we were visiting. The property was clean and comfortable and was in a quite location. The host was very friendly and accommodating and helped us with any problem we had. We had a very wonderful time, and definitely will stay here again if we are in the area in the future or will recommend this property to anyone else who would be traveling to the area.

Summary: Very comfortable, clean, and cozy for a romantic weekend getaway. The location is very quiet but close to nearby towns and restaurants. For any Seinfeld fans, it successfully captured the the spirit of "serenity now!" If I'm ever in the area again, I'll book it for sure.

Summary: Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable. Lots of extra amenities. Would stay here again. Areas to improve: sugar ants in kitchen and bedroom windowsills; bed sheets were not of highest quality and there were many pills on them.

Summary: Though only a few minutes from the highway, this darling dwelling was tucked away down a long drive that made us feel like we were in the country. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. It was so incredibly quiet that we could not believe we were just 10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to return!
