Positive: It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. They were doing some remodeling at the time but they were very good about keeping it quiet during relaxation hours. They also made sure they cleaned up the area they were working on so no one could see the ugliness of remodeling. We were very happy about our stay.

Negative: I didnt like how I rebooked and u was charged another 75 dollars for them to hold on to for deposit so I stayed a total of 3 nights,the first 2 nights I was charged the 75 and then I added another night and they charged again the 75 so I asked when do I get it back and they said up to 48 hours well its been 5 days and nothing yet I dont like that.

Positive: The stuff were great!!! Especially the young man by the name "Reason" he deserves all the points or raise he can get!!

Negative: We had asked for ADA room, we both were handicap, the floor was very slippery for my boyfriend, (not your fault) the bed was very comfortable, but VERY TALL, you need to remove the box spring, since there is base! The room was very tight for two mobility scooters.
