Cross the street to start biking the 22-mile Betsie Valley Bike Trail. Or head left to enjoy downtown Frankfort's unique shops and restaurants.
Then come back for hiking or driving through the autumn colors; winter downhill and cross-country skiing; and the trillium and morels awakening to spring in the area forests.
With five separate suites, we're well-suited for wedding parties, family reunions or sharing vacations with friends.

Summary: This was a great stay right on Main Street. Studio and private bath. Small strip kitchen. Great front porch. People and dog watching. Small block from the beach. Perfect peace and quiet.

Summary: We traveled to Frankfort from Florida for the Michigan 70.3 race. With mom racing and a 14 month old with us we wanted somewhere easy and convenient for the athlete to get to all the race things without needing to drive. We also wanted somewhere for babe to come in and nap during the race. Serendipity House is basically right at the finish line. The location was perfect. Pre race we enjoyed stopping for coffee on our walk to the playground or beach.

Summary: We stayed in the Betsie suite and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We liked sitting on the front porch and watching the people go by. The beach was just steps away. Parking was never a problem, even on the 4th of July holiday. Note, bring a hairdryer if you need one.
