Summary: Amazing! This is my second time staying at this property and it is the perfect house for a big group that is planning to stay for an extended or short stay and need access to Lake Vermilion. It is 7 mins from the closest ramp, and 23 minutes to the Casino. Plenty of space, and hosts are incredible and easy to communicate with. This is my GO-TO spot for my Vermilion trips! Thanks again Tom and Family!

Summary: Need some repairs and improvements: Outside: the deck has boards raised above the deck more than a quarter inch. Weeds growing through the steps and others should be trimmed out. some black mold on the deck chairs. Inside was very nice, but faucet in the kitchen need repair- hard to shut off completely. The stairway to basement had no railing which surprised us. Its a good comfortable property, but could an excellent property. We did enjoy it! Thank you

Summary: The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is however about 20 feet from the side of the town hospital/clinic. Which was not in any photos or description. Lacked privacy which could easily be resolved with a fence. Otherwise it was a great spot!

Summary: Perfect for our stay was a short 10 minute drive from Lake Vermilion. The home was cute and very clean. Plenty of space both up and downstairs. Pictures on listing represented it well. Our family will stay again in years to come!!!
