Positive: Washing machine. Cooking facilities. TV Streaming channels. Wine, juice, milk, Jam, apples, sweets were a nice touch. Hosts were very friendly and checked on us if we bumped into them. Offered fresh veg/fruit on our last day.
Negative: The massage chair was very grubby. Plunge pool was cold. The building is shared by the owner’s & family and the plunge pool was overlooked by the owners. Taxi is a must unless you’re very fit. From the main road there are 117 steps and a further 20+ up to the apartment. Walking down is ok.
Summary: Ok stay but not as good as it looks on the website.

Positive: It was in a great location- a short walk away from Gruz port where all the boat trips leave from, or Bellevue Beach or the old town, as it was central it was a short walk to all of these places. The family nearby were so friendly and also it was brilliant having the plunge pool for a sunset relax.
Negative: I liked everything

Positive: Darija and her family were lovely and welcoming, there for anything you need but never intrusive when we relaxing on the terrace. The facilities were really good and though it was a 30 min walk to the old town of Dubrovnik it was a pleasant walk and good be serviced by taxi if needed

Positive: This place is fantastic! The host is very friendly, helpful, informative, offers pick up and drop off, the beds were comfortable, clean, modern throughout. The 'rooftop' heated pool was spotless, good restaurants nearby. The whole Dubrovnik experience is amazing if you're not afraid of stairs.
Negative: The climbing on the first day, but we got used to them. It's part of the whole experience.

Positive: Apartment was spotless. Host was very accommodating by letting us check earlier as our flight arrived early morning. We appreciated that very much! The apartment is very well kitted out with all of the amenities you need particularly in the kitchen as we like to cook some of our meals when we are away. Well laid out space for relaxing and air conditioning was brilliant. Great views.
Negative: It could be made clearer that there's a large amount of steps to get to some of the main areas. We didn't mind as much as we like walking but for someone who is less mobile they would have to rely on taxis perhaps. It could also be made clearer that the pool is a small plunge pool, you couldn't get a couple of swim strokes in it.

Positive: It was clean , very spacious .. with a kitchen and living area ,great outside area although I didn’t use the pool Small store down the steps .. On a bus route into the old city or a 20 min walk down the steps Taxi back.. worth it as big hill !!!! Even had a massage chair ..
Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like I would recommend them to have a kettle or an easier coffee machine ..

Positive: Darija is a great host. The apartment is quite functional , it was clean and had all we needed, including some basics like coffee, salt, pepper, oil , vinegar…Wine, juice and grapes were a nice welcome touch. Pool was on a nice terrace that we used every day and towels were left at the pool for us to use (as well as another treat!) Would definitely go back there!
Negative: Be ready to go up and down lots of stairs (~115 one way) to go the bus #8 to go to old town which is about a 25 minute walk.
