You are very welcome to our newly renovated, extremely comfortable and totally private 3bedroom apartment, situated on short walking distance from the historical Old city of Dubrovnik. We renovated it just recently and designed it to provide all hospitality and comfort to our guests taking care of each detail itself! We truly enjoyed in it and we are sure you will too :) Come as guests and leave as friends!
This beautiful apartment consists of kitchen, living room, three comfy bedrooms, three bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, extreme spacious terrace with lovely dining and a lounge area, having access to charming garden planted by various plants, flowers and the lawn. Kitchen is totally equipped with all amenities (stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, utensils) At your disposal is washing machine as well. Each bedroom has own bathroom and is equipped with air condition and LCD TV. The apartment is situated in beautiful area, only 1,7 kilometers away from the historical Old city (cca 20 mins walking), near the market, restaurant, bakery and bus stop.
Bus stop with fluent bus line to Old city is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment. We don’t have private parking.
According to your preferences we offer wide variety of services including transfers and excursions on daily basis. Airport pick up and drop off can also be organized.

Summary: The property location was in a perfect location for both a short walk down to the old town one way and the same down to the harbour the other way. Also ideally located for a few supermarkets and bakeries. Excellent clean space and a fantastically polite and helpful owner. There was nothing they wouldn't do to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Summary: We are a multigenerational family traveling together 20-99. There are 15 steps to the door of the unit. Everything in Dubrovnik will be on a steep slope. Unless you stay at an elevator access hotel. The unit was beautiful 3 bed room, 2 en-suite with a full bath attached to the living and 3rd bedroom. 3 bed 3 bath total. Wonderful garden and outdoor patio can be enjoyed all day. Our host were wonderful helping us with our luggage. .

Summary: Our stay was perfect from the time we arrived! We were met by the owner at the top of the stares when we arrived in our taxi. He helped us with our bags and gave us a tour of the property. He also took the time to show us how to get to the walls and beaches. It was an easy walk and only took about 15-20 minutes. Marijana the property manager was awesome! She was quick to respond and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this beautiful property and would stay again!

Summary: Traveling with six adults, and this little apartment with a beautiful garden oasis was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean and quiet, and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out…if you don’t mind walking off all of the delicious bread you’re going to eat, this is the spot for you!

Summary: Beautiful property with excellent communication via the host. Lovely outside area. The owner was friendly and informative. Dubrovnik is a very hilly city with lots of steps, not a problem for us but worth noting for others.

Summary: This was our 16th annual long weekend as a group of 4 girls and we all agreed our best to date. The whole experience from booking right through to departure was made easy by Marijana and the property owner who are extremely friendly and efficient. The apartment is clean, spacious and has an amazing outdoor space, set between the Old Town and the Marina it provides a convenient and relaxing base. You need to be aware that there are a number of steps to access the apartment but this is not a problem if you are relatively mobile. Dubrovnik has some fabulous restaurants and Marijana also recommended the 3 island boat trip with pickup from the apartment. We would highly recommend this trip. The cable car, although relatively expensive, has absolutely stunning views of the city and coastline. Two of us braved the zip wire at the top and this too was a great experience. We have never returned to the same place for our annual trip but have already booked this apartment for two years time. Thank you Marijana!

Summary: A beautiful, well equipped and clean apartment in an ideal location about 20 minutes walk from the old town and near the marina too. Five star in every respect and I can only agree with all the reviews below! Marijana and Zdravko were extremely welcoming and superbly efficient from the moment we booked. I would certainly recommend.

Summary: Apartment was exactly what we needed for 6 person. Terrace was like second living room and place to look sunset. Marijana was helpful and gave ideas what places to visit (well... we had our own plans so we did not use these ideas).

Summary: I would highly recommend this apartment. There are steep steps to reach the apartment so perhaps difficult for the infirm. Apart from this the service received from Marijana and Zdravko was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and their organisation was excellent. There were six of us travelling and we hired a car from the airport. Zdravko was waiting for us at the car park and took our cases in his car to the apartment to save us carrying up the steps.When we reached the apartment we were all blown away by it's quality, cleanliness and how well appointed it was. Zdravko was extremely welcoming and friendly and took time to tell us all about the apartment and the Dubrovnik area. Marijana arranged two day trips for us with pick up and drop off's from the apartment and was in constant contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. It would be difficult to find a better place to stay in Dubrovnik.
