This unique house with beautiful views of the Catskills was built and designed as a peaceful get-away with modern comforts, using local wood & stone and an open floor plan. It's quiet and secluded while being a short distance [5 miles] from a major road. The area is known for its abundance of great restaurants, art galleries, antiquing, and hiking as well as rock climbing in the Shawangunks and many historic sites. The Belleayre and Hunter Mountain ski region is within an hour's drive.
Whether you're looking for a quiet, secluded weekend away, or a private & special base from which to venture forth, the Woods Retreat is an experience not to be missed!
