Summary: Loved the location of this apartment in the gulch - short walk to places to eat or hang out over a couple drinks. And a short walk or ride to the action on Broadway. Comfortable beds and living area. Only drawback is the proximity to the train tracks, but with some ear plugs we were fine!

Summary: Flat was very nice, clean, comfortable beds. Problem getting in the first day. Manager responded via text quickly but still had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come get us in. Prior to stay, manager was very unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Claimed not to have received them but they were clearly in my records. Nice place but poor management.

Summary: Everything about our stay was fantastic! Amanda was very helpful and extremely responsive! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. Building was safe and in a convenient location. Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

Summary: Condo was very nice and clean along with the property itself. Location was close to Nashville excitement and some restaurants close as well. Only negative would be trying to access the property you have to be dropped off run into the condo to get the parking pass then have the driver come back to get it so you can enter the garage. If you are by yourself not sure what you would do/park. Directions were a little complicated as well to even enter the building to get the key/parking pass. Thank goodness a resident had mercy on us and let us in the door.

Summary: Just what we wanted - very nice pool area. Everyone we encountered was friendly. It's nearby train tracks but no loud trains, just slow moving ones.... Overall - would highly recommend.
