Serenity Cove is Your own SLICE OF PARADISE on Pine Island!! Our beach estate is privately located on the Gulf of Mexico with a total of 5.1 acres and over 600 feet of waterfront "offering a pure sense of relaxation, privacy and calm."
The entire property is fenced, gated, and thoughtfully landscaped with tropical foliage and 800 feet of pebble stone pathways to stroll this wonderful waterfront oasis.
"you may launch your fishing trips, canoe trips, kayak rides right from you own back yard."
The main residence is approximately 1,800 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, wood floors, wireless security system, and a wrap-around deck with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The other guest residence is approximately 1, 029 square feet with 1 bedroom, 2 baths, tile floors, plantation shutters, a screened veranda off of the bedroom and a wrap-around deck overlooking the lushly landscaped grounds and water.
The estate offers screen enclosed gazebo with electricity and water for sunset viewing, a Trex dock for airboats/flatboats/jet skis, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Launch your fishing trips, canoe trips, kayak rides right from you own back yard. Unobstructed westerly views and no neighbors to the south make this an ideal getaway retreat.
At the tip of Pine Island is a lovely beach with a great restaurants and ample outdoor activities. Easy access to Tampa and Tampa International Airport.
Pine Island Public Beach and Park and Bayport Park Fishing Pier & Boat Ramps are a short distance away.
** 5% Hernando County's Accommodation Tax will be charged on Nightly+Cleaning fees. Once booking is confirmed host will send an additional money request.

Summary: We loved the property. It was so nice way to get away from our busy lifestyle and be out in nature. The sunsets were amazing and 2 dolphins make their way along the shoreline almost daily. Our family had such a great time. There were so many things to do on the property and near by. We took an airboat ride near by which was a lot of fun (Bayport Airboat Rides). There is a park with a beach near by at the tip of Pine Island. We visited a few other nearby parks as well. The grocery store and a bunch of restaurants are close by as well. So, you can choose to stay on the property away from everything, but when you are ready to explore, there’s plenty to do. If you bring your dog, most of the property is enclosed. The fence stops in some areas near the shoreline so your dog could escape (if you have that type of dog). The host checked in with us to be sure all was ok which was nice. There are plenty of linens. If you plan on cooking a lot, you might need a few extra pans, but there is enough for the basics. We recommend the property and plan to return next year.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed four amazing days at the beach house. From the property to the views the beach house rental does not disappoint. The rental offers two homes on the property with both homes clean and stocked with just the right items to keep you from having to pack so much. There was something for everyone swimming, paddling boarding, fishing and sunbathing by the water. The sunsets are breathtaking, along with seeing so much wild life. We will definitely be back. Summary: This property is great. Lovely views of the Gulf and the porch was ideal. We watched the sunset and some neat summer storms roll in. We saw dolphins and manatees. The kayak launch was great. Plenty of space to spread out with everything we needed. The murphy beds - in both the main house and the smaller house - were very comfortable with plenty of bedding and pillows for extras. We had a great visit.

Summary: Perfect property for family of all ages. Close to boat ramp for scalloping, and lots of extras to do when we returned. We fished, played games, Paddleboarded, watched the sunset, and made lots of memories. Well definitely be back!
