Summary: We had a great stay here! The location was awesome- right off the highway and next to a target and great food options. However, there were several several ants, roaches, and other bugs that came out over night. Other than that- great stay.

Summary: This property was a very unusual experience. It's advertised as 'new', but it definitely has an 'old' feel, particularly noticeable in the common areas and the elevator. The elevator itself is quite old, dark, and brown, which was a bit disconcerting.Unfortunately, the most significant issue was the pervasive smell of smoke. Every time the AC turned on, we were hit with a strong odor of weed, cigarettes, and cigars. Additionally, there was a general mildewy smell, suggesting potential moisture issues.It's important to note that this property is managed by RoomPicks, not an individual owner. Communication was poor; I texted and emailed regarding check-in information and only received a response the following morning.On the positive side, the service from the on-site front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful.Overall, this property has potential. If RoomPicks addresses the smoke and mildew smells, and considers updating the elevator, it could be a much more pleasant stay. However, until these issues are resolved, I would hesitate to recommend it."

Summary: This is Sonesta Suites and Moksha was great. She checked us in and answered all our questions. Also went above and beyond to get us a better room that suited us. Would stay here again.

Summary: Was in Irving to visit my grandson who is studying at Holy Trinity Seminary. The property was just about 10 minutes from the seminary so it was easy to get to. Did some sightseeing in downtown Dallas and it was easy to get downtown from the property. Unit was clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was just ok. I would recommend this property if you are visiting in the Irving area.

Summary: We booked through VRBO and thought we were getting a room with two queens but we were pleasantly surprised that there were two rooms, each with own bathroom; one king and one queen. A common sitting area and kitchenette connected the two. We were not aware that there would be no serving of the room until one had stayed there for seven nights. We were required to exchange towels at the front desk. Overall it was a good choice for the price and location. There seemed to be marginal people staying in the upper floors.

Summary: The property is in a safe and clean area with lots of convenient food choices. It’s very quiet. The rooms are large and spacious. I’d stay again. The grounds are pristine. Once the property has a room renovatation, it’ll be a perfect 10.

Summary: My husband & brother had a softball tournament in Grapevine,TX all weekend. Games after games they played teams after teams having a good time. After their fun it was time to unwind and retire. They came to your establishment to check in and was greeted by the manager. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and went beyond making my family feel comfortable and at home. I thank you for this. 5 STARS REVIEW
