Positive: The apartment is exceptional. We enjoyed staying there with my friends. The location is perfect, very relaxed area, close to the beach, hopon bus and L4 metro station. All in all, it was completely worth the money. The apartment is big enough even for larger groups. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Stuff was very nice and helpful
Negative: Beds could be refreshed, some of them was definitely a bit worn out. Ventillation in the bath rooms were missing, but it was fine. Parking info was not available, and we forgot to ask, so we had to find another garage even though there is an undergroud parking under the building.

Negative: To check in a few hours early or check out a few hours later was valued at $400. This means 100 euros per hour :S In a hotel near the Barca airport, the late check-out was valued at 10EUR/h.

Positive: Spacious shared living area. Very easy for 6 people to sit around in kitchen and dinning room. Reasonable location with 20 mins walk to beach and town. Shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable. Good, prompt communications. Mid-stay clean was great!
Negative: Picking up keys from another location miles away is very annoying. Having a lock-box or leaving with onsite security would be better. I don’t think the other apartment owners like this is part of booking.com, so probably wouldn’t work. You needed a wrist band for the pool - but there is no information about that available and no bands. Only 2 dishwasher tablets and 2 washing machine pouches left for 6 people - but were replaced mid-week when requested. Lifts are noisy and feel as thought they will break down at any moment. One air conditioner - so living space ends up freezing but bedrooms hardly get any air flow.
Summary: Comfy spacious place in reasonable location with god surrounding amenities.
