Balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. One dog is welcome to the owners during the summer season. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the winter season. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Summary: Het is een bovenwoning boven de stal met koeien, voor mensen met allergie is dit niet aan te raden. De wifi was beperkt tot 2 toestellen en dan ook nog slecht. De verhuurder komt regelmatig in de woning als je weg bent. Erg onprettig. Voor de wintersport is het 5 km van de piste af. Om te wandelen is het erg stijl. Er is als huiskamer alleen een keuken waarin dus een keukentafel en een bed(bank). Voor de zomer zou ik dit niet aanbevelen en voor mensen met kleine kinderen al helemaal niet.

Summary: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert und haben uns völlig in Ruhe gelassen. Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist relativ klein, aber hat einen eigenen Eingang und war für uns fünf (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) ausreichend. Ungewohnt fanden wir das vom Badezimmer getrennte, sehr enge WC, und auch das Bad ist so klein, dass nur 1 Mensch zugleich darin Platz hat. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Die Kinder waren von der Katze der Vermieter sehr angetan. :)

Summary: Es ist eine geräumige FeWo auf einem kleinen Bauernhof. Die Wohnung ist mit 2 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern gut geschnitten. Der Balkon zeigt zur Südseite. Wir waren 1 Woche Skifahren und hatten keine Probleme mit fehlenden Kleiderhaken, kalter Heizung, o.ä. (siehe ältere Bewertungen). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es könnte noch ein Toaster in der Küche vorhanden sein. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Skibus aus Hopfgarten den Hof nicht anfährt.

Summary: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einen absoluten Ausblick. Die Wohnung hat alles was man im Alltag benötigt und die familiäre Atmosphäre war auch gegeben. Reisetipps: Der Ausgangspuckt ist einfach ideale, den man hat im Umkreis eine Vielzahl an schönen Städten und auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber auch wer gerne Wanderung macht kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten.

Summary: Un lieu très beau et une famille très acceuillante. La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse. l'apartement est grand et très propre. Il est très bien situé si on veut etre dans la campagne. Il y a du ski en bas de la colline avec des grandsréseaux. Pendant notre séjour il a beaucoup neigé tous les jours et la route a été dégagée ts les matins avant qu'on se lève. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Conseils de voyage: Nous avons passé une semaine idyllique toute enneigée. les remonteesmechaniques sont a 5 mins est la région est vaste. Kitzbuhel est a 35 minutes. Quelques bons supermarches sont a disposition.
