This home was built in 2000 and has all the amenities for entertaining. Outside is a new in ground pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen with a wine bar. Inside is 4 bedrooms which sleeps 14. First floor is an eat in kitchen with stainless appliances and wine fridge, dining room that sits 10, living room with fireplace and flat screen TV (Cable, internet & Wii), Bedroom with Queen bed and a beautiful sunroom with views of the pool. 2nd floor has master suite with king size bed & Queen sofa pull-out, 3rd BR has 2 Queen beds. Separate apartment has queen size pull-out and twin bed with bathroom & kitchen. There is also a twin pull out on the second floor. All furnishings are new.

Summary: We stayed at Kim & Jon’s beautiful home for 3 weeks in April. Perfect time of year before the summer crowds. We travel full time staying only in short term rentals and this, by far, is one of our top experiences! Kim is the kindest, most friendly host. She had the most beautiful flowers around house for our arrival. She went well above & beyond any host we’ve ever had. Our daughter was flying in to visit us, Kim worked so hard to find best way for her to get here from airport. She gave us a ton of info on things to see since this was our first time on Long Island. Beds were spectacularly comfy, kitchen is a chef’s dream! I cook every day and this is by far the best kitchen in all our travels. Large with abundant storage and easy for gathering large groups. There were only 2 of us (except for quick daughter visit) but I would definitely want to stay here if I hosted a large gathering bc the house flows so well while also giving privacy to each room. The backyard is an amazing oasis. We grilled, had large fires, etc and really enjoyed their beautiful backyard. We didn’t use the kayaks or SUP board bc it was too cold still but what a great summer activity house! Beach just few houses down street has stunning views for sunrise and sunset! Birds chirping, trees blooming made it so serene. Ice cream truck comes around every afternoon, took me back many years hearing the jingle. Kim is a 10 star host and our stay was top tier!

Summary: The pictures don’t do it justice. Perfect getaway for our family and wonderful hosts. I hope we can come back again the year after next! Our family had a vacation they will never forget.s

Summary: This home is a home away from home with a comfortable energy and just the right taste of luxury. The house is immaculate and the outdoor space a joy with all the conveniences you could want and the privacy afforded by the natural surroundings. It’s only a few blocks from a small beach which we enjoyed with the kayaks provided or just for an evening stroll. We love the surrounding neighborhood which has so much to do. But then there’s the beautiful house where you can just enjoy a good book in the sunroom, work on a puzzle in the dining room, or watch a ball game in the comfortable living room. I love to cook and the kitchen was a dream with a variety of cooking tools and a well stocked spice cupboard. The owners are very attentive and friendly which topped off the whole experience. We were so grateful to find this home! Our thanks to the Minskys.

Summary: Lovely spot for an end-of-summer/fall getaway. The weather was glorious, the home nicely furnished, with plenty of kitchen equipment for all your meals. Nearby beaches were spectacular in the fall light. The house was roomy and comfortable.

Summary: We loved staying at Jon and Kim’s house for 3 weeks. The house is clean and comfortable with ample space for a family. The back yard with a pool and outdoor kitchen is a gem. We spent a lot of time there. The Bay Beach is about 100 yards from the house. It’s good for a quick swim. For longer stays on the beach there are several larger beaches within 10minutes. The location is central to farms, vineyards, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.

Summary: We stayed at Kim and Jon’s house for 3 weeks. The house was exactly as described. We had our adult children and 2 grandchildren with us for part of our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was large and very well stocked. The backyard had a beautiful heated pool and a great barbecue area. Kids loved kayaking and paddle boarding from the small beach just steps from the house.. Goose Creek, a bay beach perfect for swimming, is less than a 5 minute drive. And Town Beach on the Long Island Sound, is about a 10 minute drive. The house is very conveniently located - a short drive to markets, restaurants and wineries. Plenty to do and see for all ages. But relaxing by the pool was the best! We usually travel abroad during the summer, but due to Covid we decided to stay close to home. We couldn’t have made a better choice for this summer. It was a great vacation - Thank you Kim and Jon for sharing your home.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Southold. The owners are absolutely amazing - great communication and easy check in! The house is actually much bigger and brighter than you would think looking from the outside. The bed in the upstairs master was very comfortable! The backyard was definitely a highlight, great for grilling out & just relaxing by the pool. Although there's a nice size formal dining area, we actually enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks in the cozy sunroom. The house was a great match for us (4 adults/3 small kiddos) - very spacious, comfortable/cozy and not overly ornate! It really felt like a home away from home :)

Summary: What a fantastic home-plenty of room, beautiful pool and outdoor area, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Close to wineries, great biking and kayaking. Two weeks divided between a long ladies weekend, a weekend with children and grandchildren and time in between to spend as a couple. Looking forward to a return visit!

Summary: A wonderful property in a very relaxing setting. The house is private, bright and airy with ample room for everyone and lots of living space. Beautifully tranquil backyard with plenty of outdoor entertaining too. Easy ride to beaches and vineyards. Kim and Jon were excellent hosts and very easy to work with. We had a great time and highly recommend this little piece of "paradise" .

Summary: Our multi-generational family (littles, parents, grandparents) loved this home! So much space to spread out and relax, and the pool and outdoor kitchen were heaven. The bay beach is literally a 3-minute walk, and the kayaks and paddleboard are such fun. For parents with babies: The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is enormous (and has a window) and makes a perfect nursery. Kim and Jon were lovely and helpful, and very easy to contact if needed.
