Summary: Our family had a wonderful two weeks staying at this welcoming, comfortable and clean home. While the location is incredible (and for those vising from out of town -being across the street from the beach is a BIG deal), the house itself was really great for ALL of us. We did not need to reach out for anything during our stay, everything we needed (and more) was provided at the home. Thank You!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Southold. Just across the street from the local beach, we spent a tremendous amount of time sitting on the screened in front porch looking at the water. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook over the two weeks we were there. It would be especially great for multiple families traveling together with kids. Marilyn, the property manager was helpful and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: We had a lovely stay here! There are lots of beds & rooms to accommodate a large extended family while still providing enough separation. Wonderful view from the porch and easy access to the beach across the street. Marilyn was great to work with & quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely look at this home again for another family vacation!

Summary: We stayed at the Watersedge house and couldn't be happier. We had a rather large group (4 adults and 7 children for the bulk of the stay, with an additional 2 adults for 2 nights) and the house fit us all very comfortably. The house literally has three living rooms (with video game systems for the kids) and a billiards room so everyone had plenty of space to relax after long days at the beach or vineyards or shopping, etc. Great location on the beach with lots of water toys in the garage. Quiet community for bike riding, or taking leisurely strolls. 10 min drive to Greenport for excellent dining,shopping,etc. Easily 7 or more vineyards within 5 mins of the house. The kids enjoyed the wildlife (deer, wild turkeys and rabbits in the backyard at times). Very well equipped kitchen, large Weber BBQ and large dining room allowed for several nice dinners at "home" as well. Overall a great place to stay and we look forward to booking again next year..

Summary: Clean, relaxing and spacious. Steps from the beach. Easy to go back for lunch or to grab something extra for the beach. House was perfect for a large family with kids. Two master bedrooms. Plenty of sitting/family rooms. Kids bedroom with toys and games. Xbox for the bigger kids. Sand toys and kayaks. Close to farms, grocery store, restaurants, vineyards. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Easy to get in touch with manager.

Summary: The house is very large, with four separate living rooms, plus a pool room as well as 5 bedrooms, and an enormous back yard with barbecue and plenty of seating, perfect for our extended family. Plus it is located literally steps from a sandy beach on Shelter Bay on the North Fork of Long Island. It is the best equipped and laid out home that we have ever rented . The community it is located in is quiet and friendly and very safe for children. The village of Southold with supermarket and some great restaurants is only a few minutes drive away and on the main Wine Country trail. There are almost 50 wineries and even more farms, so we were able to buy the best organic local produce, plus the freshest of fish at the local markets. We had a great time and didn't want to leave!
