Generously furnished & newly renovated home located near Old Town Tustin in a safe neighborhood.
Accommodate 6 people: 2 queen beds + 2 single trundle beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A black bottom pool with Jacuzzi is most refreshing during the summer months. Optional pool heating is available at cost of utilities. Ideal for entertainment and family gathering: a large BBQ island, complete with sink and separate cook top. Plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate dozens of guests. In Southern California, we mostly dine in our backyard because we almost never see a BUG.
60’ flat screen TV with surround-sound,Bluray player with many movies. Over the air TV ( over 50 local channels) as well as Netflix, Pandora. 46'TV in one bedroom with Netflix.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a built-in dining area. All linens, cookware, dishes and utensils included.
In addition to WiFi, we provide you with a PC and a 24’ monitor.

Summary: The owner was excellent and very quick to respond to messages. The home was perfect for my family. We were there for a Disney vacation. The home truly is 12-15 minutes from Disney. Traffic was always in the opposite direction we were going. The home itself is a little dated. Don't expect to walk into a luxury, updated and modern home. It appears to be well loved and used. Could it use an interior paint job, yes. But that is no reason not to stay here. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The TVs are large. The pool was perfect. We paid to have it heated so that our 4 year old granddaughter could enjoy it without freezing. She loved the pool. We loved the spa. The outside furniture needs new cushions. Again, not a reason to pass by this home. My entire group said they would stay again. It felt like we were staying at one of our homes. If you're looking for a comfortable home, this is it.

Summary: My family and I loved our stay! The proximity to the parks was great, but the Uber’s added up, we were expecting that. The pool was amazing and the spa was easy to use. The property itself was clean and inviting. We definitely wanted to stay longer.
